Digital delivery
Zinwriter is a fully digital, cloud-based service. There are no physical goods to ship.
When access is granted
Access to paid features is enabled immediately after Paddle confirms a successful payment — typically within a few seconds. Your account is upgraded in real time and you can start using premium features straight away.
How you receive it
You access the service by signing in at zinwriter.app with the email used at checkout. A receipt and confirmation are emailed by Paddle, and your subscription status is visible in your Account page.
Delays
If your account hasn't been upgraded within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact hello.zinawriter@outlook.com with your Paddle order ID and we'll resolve it.
Service availability
We target high availability but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or due to factors outside our reasonable control.
