Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for every Zinwriter order. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, invoicing and customer service inquiries related to payments.
Accepted payment methods
Through Paddle we accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select regional methods where available.
Currencies & taxes
Prices are displayed in USD by default and may be charged in your local currency depending on your region. Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location.
Subscriptions & renewals
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) using your stored payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the current period.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Paddle will retry the charge over several days. You'll receive email reminders. If payment cannot be collected your subscription will be paused and premium features disabled until billing is resolved.
Invoices
Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle and emailed automatically after each successful charge. You can also access them from your Paddle billing portal.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at hello.zinawriter@outlook.com before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
