- Usage data: features used, requests made, word counts, timestamps.
- Content: text you submit to the Humanizer, Detector, Chat or Bulk tools.
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, diagnostic logs.
- Support data: messages you send to our support team.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain and improve the service (contract performance).
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents (legitimate interest).
- To process payments and manage subscriptions (contract performance).
- To send service updates and respond to support requests (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share data
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, error monitoring and customer support tooling under data processing agreements.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not train AI models on your submitted content.

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to safeguard transfers.

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to comply with legal obligations. Submitted content is retained only as long as needed to provide the service or as you configure in your history settings.
