How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email hello.zinawriter@outlook.com with your order ID and we'll handle it for you.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancelling prevents the next renewal and keeps access through the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. Accounts found to be in serious violation of our Terms (fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse) are not eligible for refunds.
